I sometimes smoke shisha, like 1 time every 1-2 weeks, but that's all.

I never said that they said "I cant quit" it is obvious that anyone can.. the difficulty of doing so on the other hand is a different story..

Yepp , I did smoke, for more than 10years...
I quit smoking 5 days ago......Its bloody hard, the frikin nicotine need is terrible...I hope that I manage to stay on the nonsmoker side..

No, not particularly.

I do smoke cigars at parties and galas, but it's part of the routine. Besides, smoking a cigar is better as smoking cigarettes.. you simply won't chain-smoke cigars. You just don't. If you do, you're a barbarian. Last thing I ever will be is a barbarian, so.. open and shut case really.



Further note; I agree wholeheartedly with Jack.. quitting is a matter of willpower. Just need to want it enough.

me parents used to smoke, but they quit. they just both decided to quit one sunny day and naver had any more cigs again.

I found on my 12 days off them that mainly the problem is routine. You do something (drink a coffee) and instantly smoke

I smoked weed non stop for a few years.. it did have an effect on my memory and crap like that but it wasn't even a problem to stop.
Yeah, if you smoke weed on a regular basis you are going to smoke tobacco.

It's not that difficult. Anyone who puts their mind to it, can quit. You just have to really truly want to. I quit after 2 years of smoking. My grandfather quit after like 20. We both went cold turkey. I know other people with similar stories, just can't remember who exactly right now. But the point it is, it's not that hard to quit, you just have to want to do it.

5 smokers, no matter how often or not, if you do smoke, you smoke! I'm sorry but that's how it is. Yes, not same kind of smoker, but it still makes you be a smoker. Occasional smokers will have less difficulties to stop though.

Not doomed? With smokers being thrown out of anywhere to smoke I believe non smokers are safe from nothing. Second hand smoke is BS

Well...I meant that world will one day learn that smoking is bad, and people will stop. And the ratio here seems good.
And hopefully learn to drink alcohol moderately also..Excessive drinking causes all problems related to alcohol, however taking it moderately no problem or harm caused.

Well, not bleak for me, or you, You see, According to every asteroid or for that matter, disaster film ever made, (Other than the noteable armageddon And Mad Max 1, 2 and 3) It is apparently only north america that will ever be affected. MwA.
