Yeah why does a CO need to power to change their officers relations??? i never cared till it seems i have been screwed over by it, im still hoping that admin will reply and it is a bug and they will fix it but only time will tell

I have fixed most of the problem myself so admin don't bother looking into just incase you were planning to, this can be deleted if any mod feels inclined
