"To prevent an inflation of Origin goods bought for SGW main ressources, Cross-Server Deals involving the Origin Server are deemed illegal from now on."
MFC your also in the wrong for trying to purchase the NAQ O.O (clearly saying by the quote u quoted and i quoted from u

)
you may say u were trying to trick him but who knows that could just be bs tbh

Entrapment or not, if you agree to sell Origins naquadah you are setting yourself up the moment you agree. So the way I see it, AdminGary, AdminMark, or both get to decide his fate.
But then that could be said the same for MFC because he was the one that initiated conversation about a trade that he knows is illegal ingame.

Please remember spamming is against the rules. I believe it only makes you look more guilty anyways.
It will get settled. So calm down.

But you'd have to prove without doubt that they were going to to it to get a conviction which is very hard if they haven't actually done it, on the other side of the coin why was mfc trying to buy it wouldn't that be against the "law"? or in this case the rules set down? mfc can say he was trying to catch infinity selling it, infinity can say he was trying to catch mfc buying it, just a bit of a waste of time in my opinion, but thats just my opinion nothing else! ~Thamuz~

Actually if you read down you'll see your mate asking MFC to broker him
so if MFC didn't blocked him on MSN from that moment the trade would go on

I read it all fella, i still stand by what i said, the trade didn't occur, there is reasonable doubt that it would of, we are not the ones to decide this so lets not comment anymore, both sides have had there say its up to the powers that be to come to a resolution! Now back to my film!

But the arguement would be that would there have even been the possibility of a trade ocurring if MFC hadn't initiated the conversation. That piece of evidence posted by MFC would be thrown out of court.

I'm not concerned about anyone who uses methods outside of this forum to communicate about selling Naq. Since I only have control over Origins, any other involved parties (AdminMark, or any of the forum admins) can talk to me about punishments if they feel that people require punishment.
Needless to say, I think we have all the information required.
