happy game

back to the topic though,
Does everyone agree that there should be harsher punishments, then just warnings, for those (even if they were $$ donators $$) who were cheating the system..?
suspensions at all?

yeah
naq drainned from their accounts if that can be traced

hmm but how can they trace these feeders as such?
Im against accounts that get loads of naq from feeders but if they are trading goods on main for goods on QW its not cheating, its just manipulation of the rules, its not the first time that there have been players manipulating the rules and it wont be the last either, so I see no point in complaining if they have found a good way to do this without breaking the rules.
Besides I believe we are way off topic here, Fearless was from what I understand for making multiple accounts and then deleting them after he had milked them of all the naq, im sure he isnt the only player that has done this (hope Admin has their IP's) and wont be the last to try!
I say one account per IP is the best solution, it wont solve the problem but it will make it bloody harder on the cheaters to manage!
Anyway I think that this topic has been hijacked with nonsense talking and should now be closed.

Cross server trading is illegal for origins server so I don't see why it can't be applied to quantum as well. Gaining extra resources in this manner in essence gives you an advantage over people that do not have that option. If I were to buy quantum naq with my naq or uu on main I would be untouchable to anyone that wasn't doing the same. Being untouchable makes the game boring and pointless.

Well thats a fair point but how can we govern it?
As we both know that this happening all the time.. I would love to see it come to an end but it wont, well not easily, even if it could be managed by admin it would just force the ppl doing it underground, im sure that it will be happening on Origins even if its illegal.
So basiclly the question is how do we stop these feeders/cheaters?
ive been playing for a very long time, and ive seen so many players try new ways to cheat and get away with it untill admin clamps down on it.

it's been ilegal since about wave 5-6 6 i think as for being touched on, admin just removes the resources gained from the account in question.

trading between servers is not illegal from past waves... maybe in some ways but the rules keep getting bent on it. ok i understand i cant trade goods on main for goods on quantum.. (thats cheating). but what i can do is trade resources on main for $$$ and then with the $$$ buy goods on quantum. rules bending.... maybe we all dont see eye to eye on this one but thats only because many take advantage of it. and the arguement is when it becomes their $$$ they are free to do what they want with it. so now in my mind instead of 1 feeder this makes 2. one in each server but just being done with $$$. i think this option should be taken away.but o well.

I have to agree on both points here, there is no way to say how that $$$ is used after its been traded on main, as for your point HE
lol it would be a pipe dream trying to stop that from happening...
but back on topic, as far as I recall there has been no mention of feeding being illegal, so in turn why would a player feed yoour account if they had nothing to gain? of course they are trading regardless of its legality, its damn near impossible for Admin to monitor every account in the game so this will continue to happen. im in no way interested in anything illegal but you have to understand that he (admin) isnt god and as such these cheaters will keep slipping through the net!

Yeah your point is understandable, however I got the impression that Fearless wasn't the only one using the 'masking' method of cheating. Where they create an account, farm the server, feed off that account, all within a turn, and then delete the account. For the other users who have been 'warned' about this I believe they should've received more then a warning, Fearless got banned for it because he did it 'over excessively' - surely any amount farmed through this method is over excessive and naq should be drained or account access suspended for 10 days to bring the select players to a level they would be at if they hadn't farmed the accounts (you have to account for the benefit of the naq, i.e. UP they wouldn't have had which adds to income etc, so a suspension would probably be more viable then just draining the naq itself, perhaps both)
However I'll admit that I may be confused as to what the warnings were for?
I thought the warnings were for an illegal method of gameplay, not just feeding. Can anyone clarify this?

As far as i can tell... FEARLESS got banned for 'creating accounts, farming with em, giving to his main account, then deleting...repeat repeat etc etc'. Kalanor was possibly banned for the same reason (i think).
As far as i can tell, 2 'top' players also got warnings for being 'excessively fed', which IS NOT CHEATING, as long as it is friends actually farming for them and giving them naq. However, these 2 people were warned that they were being fed TOO MUCH naq and will have their accounts carefully watched.
Most of my information is from HE, who was at the admin meeting...so i cannot give personal clarification on this.

hmm I would love to say I was a top player

I also wonder, didnt you make the admin meeting? im not there as me isnt staff

but there can only be but a few players that would be classed as top players or long term players, ok im one been here from the start, but im no cheat so obviously im not one of those warned!
but it does make you wonder who they are...
couldnt we have a name ans shame post, this way we all know who they are? lmao
ok im joking that wouldnt be fair!
