Firstly they WERE rank 1, so i kindly removed their MS and def....but worst of all their army was was 2.7m.....with 2.6m spies.... lol

rosslyn just contributed 300 mill to my ME when 10k of his def 1sts mysteriously vanished leaving behind 37.5k of my spies... his realm has no MS and has 800b def remaining with 700k spies sitting behind it if anyone is interested
