Biggest I've seen when spying was 450K RAW but it's not something I generally check on spy reports.

before the war with dde I have nearly 2mill total and 300k raw. Now I have 7k raw 20k total

I am not certain if that is the highest, but it is the highest I have seen on anyone.
Total Highest? I'm going to take a guess at around 2.5M-3M if you include officers.
