This is correct. You can watch it for free, legally, on hulu.com if you're from the US. My british amigo's have informed me it doesn't work for them.

He's Canadian. What many people don't know, is that you can watch it for free by downloading it from any warez site and it will be perfectly legal. Because downloading it is not a crime, but uploading it is.

FTR, I enjoyed the season finale. The lack of dialogue in the end sequence emphasized the moment.
Maybe, maybe not. I can see it starting with him returning, and then seeding flashbacks throughout the season. The writing is usually strong with the series, so hopefully they don't screw it up.
