I cant see these accounts being even remotely close to "decent" farms. I would love to know what criteria he did decide to use tho.

Interesting data:
Military Experience(not a part of overall rank) 0 Ranked: 50,350
(some new account joined under me and it had zero ME, and there goes rank)...so there is about 50k accounts that have been used (by owner, or by farmers/raiders)...so, about 18.5k accounts remaining can be considered as useless-inactive accounts (or just created)!
