ok first off belif does not constatute religion, religion is a set of practices AND beliefs that hold supernatural significance to those participating. i don't know where you got definition but it's not right.
while true communisum my not opperes there has been no large scale true communisum ever. the communist form of government is oppersive as all governments are it may be worse but untill i live there i cant say
you can belive something without religon.
yes everyone has an ego but a person that bothers to try can put it aside and work and listen even learn with little to no interference from the ego

Tenet: any opinion, principle, doctrine, dogma, etc., esp. one held as true by members of a profession, group, or movement.
Therefore: A belief is any opinion, principle, doctrine, dogma, etc
I get my definitions from dictionary dot com. 
On the note of communism. There is no evident a large scale communist movement has truly existed. There is no true communist government.
China rides under the flag of communism however, it is highly capitalist. It isnt the communist belief that is oppressive. It is the totalitarian governing method.

China is a fake communist country...they just pretend to be so.
They are also a dictatorship, which explains their non existing freedom of speech and control from party on everything. Even on fortunes. (according to some chinese millionaire who said if he disobeyed and rebelled, he is sure his richness would disappear quite quickly)
It has not much to do with communism, but with their dictatorship. Dictatorship= no freedom, no rights...nothing for you and all for regime!
But I got to admit communism isn't a good thing either...

did you even read my post i said there was never true communisum and all government is oppresive and all you do is say it agian

The idea that alien life can therofre exist isnt a religous belief as it is not ascribed the same veneration as something sacred, nor is the idea persistently believed in. The same goes for not buying into the idea that there is a god or any sort of creator. You dont need religion for life you know, I know you will argue that you do as obviously religion plays such a significant part of your life but how aobut you accept that the rest of us are just as mentally capable eh? we can choose what we want to believe in and want to accept ourselves, we dont need your help thanks & nor do we preach to you.

There is conservative communists...... There are Christian Communists... There is no contradiction (except the non-belif of god which isnt really communist)
I dont see how Capitalists can live with themselves if they are Christians...Capitalism goes highly against the teachings of the Bible.
