28 whole posts, a couple of new people speaking up. That's cool. Anyway, I am glad to meet you all here, and this topic seems to be taking off. One question, for everyone, what's the fastest way, in perg, to raise rank? I mean what should I concentrate on to raise my rank. To further help you all out, should I concentrate on offense, defense, covert/anti-covert, or mothership, or all at once?

one of the best ways to get your rank up is to try and make them about the same level

example

attack rank = 2000
def rank = 2000
cover/anti rank = 2000
MS rank = 2000

if you have them close to each other then your rank will go higher then say having something like this:-

attack rank = 5000
def rank = 5000
covert/anti rank = 5000
MS rank = 1000

While I'm working on my rank, for offensive and defensive, should I concentrate on people or weapons, or both? And what about mercs? Should I have a good number, or a small number, of about 10,000? My best rank is actually my mothership, followed by defense, then strike action, with my covert/anti-covert the last. I've not added anything, today, to my mothership, but I've added to all the others, so far. I'm going to try adding more to my c/ac soon.

And thanks to you, ~Vixion~, I've met some really interesting people. And almost all of them, and their alliances, have decided to not attack me after only one of them did. And their alliance's allies won't attack me, aside from the occasional farm.

Balancing your stats is the best way to go

I'm building up all my other stuff, other than the mothership, right now.

rather build only your MS till your done ascending coz you dont lose that while you ascend where as you lose all the other stats

Haha, I'm sure we can change that. I see you've been thrown head first out of another alliance. I'd advise you build up raw MS, you don't loose it when you ascend so its a safe bet to improve on. O and I'll be waiting for ya
