how many planets he got?

AFAIK covert planet DO add to sab power, but im not 100% sure. Secondly Each planet can give 50% of his raw covert, so if he had 100 bill raw, 4 planets would make it 300 bill.

yes, but he sent 285 k agents. that makes his covert little over 70 bil. and as you said planet can give 50 %. there is one more problem planets dont add in offense, because you cant send them to sab. you can only send agents.

you dont sent planets to attack or defend either, so why do you think covert/anticovert planets dont help attack? Now, again I say I am not sure, will try to get an answer from admin but AFAIK they do infact help on sabbing.

how many covert planets the guy got? and whats the replicator covert bonus?
