Just a quick wrap-up note.

The admins felt that your post could better be classified as "thread highjacking" than spam. If it had been worded more to the point without the superfluous comments then it would have been acceptable. Regardless, when the mod issued you a verbal warning, reposting the same comments after that warning left him no choice.
It was also pointed out that "ALL alliances can ask for cleaning of threads and are owners of their own recruitment thread."

I know that probably doesn't answer all of your questions/complaints but I do hope it helps.

Ive gotten my victory in that that the admins acknowledge that per the rules my post was not spam. In the end that was all I wanted and seeking out a warning (and it was truely seeking it out after several private pms with the initial mod) was only a means to that end. A small price to pay to defend ones principles...

Thanks again to Earendil, Zeek, Mane and all 3 admins for their time and effort. I think this topic can be closed.
