ok. So... 8 people so far. Sounds good to me! I reckon Diamond Dust may be up for it too, and depending on the time period exactly I MIGHT (it's a very big bloody might) be able to get Severian to come too.

Next decision. Is location, location, location.

Manchester seems like a good idea.. BUT... Liverpool, Chester and even Bolton or somewhere akin (preston train station? lol).. might not be bad ideas.

If we do liverpool, I know a few awesome places....

...I dont know manchester all that well, So it could be difficult there unless we get someone who knows the place. Chester Obviously Semper knows, And bolton is just FTL, so we arnt going there

I vote Liverpool, simply because I have never been there.

Is this just a 1 day thing or like a weekend or longer...? As I'll have to sort out trains and somewhere to stay etc.

Liverpool and Manchester are both good choices, as they're very well known and easily accessibly by both road and train routes. Both cities also have a lot in the way of cheap-ish accomodation and food, for those who are travelling from a long way away.

Liverpool it is. Next question. October, September, November or December?

oh wait we're past that bit. I'm out, im 15, you wouldnt want to be seen with me anyway and my parents wont let me go to liverpool to meet with ppl from a game for some unknown reason

September is a busy month, start of uni, october is also busy for the same reason. November?

My bad I posted this (viewtopic.php?f=125&t=147710) then noticed this thread, I'm game. Know Liverpool an Chester reasonably well.

Manchester would be better for me as i have familly there and its slightly closer. Also somebody with uni things to do in September october

November sounds okay, work slows down for me around then. Remind me to dress warm

liverpool in November is looking good thus far, however nothing is set in stone just yet. When I know the time a bit better and have some time myself I will grab some details on accommodation and drinking prices and the likes for people.

Might give it a try depending on uni schedule in november, first time england visiting for me, it would be...
