I would do many things...

the big bang/moment of creation would be very interesting to see. At the same time... I doubt I would survive the journey.

I would like to go back to 0. See if the man himself really did do all that stuff.

Seeing the world wars from a birds eye view would be magnificent.

Seeing the original Star Wars in the theatre for the first time would be great. Meeting many many people...(too many to mention).

See some real life dinosaurs.

and eventually hopefully have a few glimpses into the future, although I honest to god find the prospect equally as terrifying as I find it interesting. I fear what man will become, what we'll do.. if anything at all.

been there, done that for all 3 of the original trilogy films. though it was a good era and was an experience watching a film of that calibre on the big screen for the first time, its better on my 50" plasma for a few reasons. 1, no smoke and uncomfortable seats. 2, nobody talking or making noise while chomping on popcorn or noise from sweet wrappers.
3, better sound than the old tannoy speakers. 4, i can hear the film in real 5.1 digital sound, just as Lucas originally intended. 5, though Lucas has made changes to both the film and dialogue (some changes i approve of and some i don't) the best change was the clean up of the original film negative and enhancement of some of the SPFX. 6, i can watch the film to my hearts content without having to pay and queue-up :-D

BUT...having said all that...NOTHING can detract from the shear awe and amazement when as a 9 year old, i sat and watched that Star destroyer fly over head, it just kept going and going and going :o a truly amazing experience 8)
its just a shame that Lucas killed the story with the monstrosity known as the prequel trilogy :x  :x
