For the first few months when I started, I only farmed for naq. Started raiding around 3 months ago. Since then:

Started raiding slow, a just a couple to a few million a week, and gradually it got better, especially as I grew. The previous couple weeks, average a little over 30m each week.

However, in just 3 days this past week (before I needed to take a break to rest, LOL:

And although I have a large list, many are used by others, so not even that great most times. Plus, I try to stick to only inactives. I know there's lots of others that do much better, but for me it's not bad, and constantly getting better...which is always important to me.

Something like 300 million. I got to the raiding cap the lazy way, though. I just stored units elsewhere and then had them all sent to a dormant account and raided them all at once. I didn't spend hours patiently raiding to reach that amount.
