Well you'se are randomly massing alliances anyway so where's the incentive for anyone who isn't a Lone Wolf, presumably you'll get around to everyone sooner or later. I'm not siding with anyone in this but just wonderin?

Well they're very much still there, does that mean they're not going to be massed again because HR because if that is the case, does that mean
everyone in an alliance has to either side with you or accept one massing so that HR can call you out to war or can alliances or even just alliance members opt out of this by posting here?

TAF are not in HR thus \HR are not TTF

TAF are not in HR thus \HR are not TTF

Hence the use of the designation TTF/HR/TJP/etc until you get your heads facing in the same direction again.
