I got mine in 2days from the time I emailed
I got mine in ~2minutes after I told the admin directly
Still, if you don't get unbanned in a couple hours, attend (or get someone to attend for you) the admin meet. Really works!

my account is less then 30 days old i started from scratch ive sold accounts before and traded them and none of them are on the same ip addy

Mate you have been flagged :- means you are a suspect of being a multi and when he checks you IP you and your wifes account will be banned thats why your wifes account still works while yours dos'nt, I think that is what it means
