Extortion is a bad term.

And what he is asking for is a War Repiration. Whether or not its fair or justified depends on varying circumstances.

1. Who Started It.
2. Who Really Started It.
3. Now Think Properly This Time Who Really Really Really Really Started It.

4. How much damage did you cost him.
5. Are the Reperiations improportionatly bigger than his losses.

6. Now you have a better view of the circumstances, give Opinion on Conclusion, Unfortuantely their are no Yes/No answers

i would think extortion would be if you werent already in war. you hit him he hits you its a war and if you want to stop you pay to rebuild his damage. not extortion. however had his pm said Give me 1.5 trill naq or we are at war and i mass the heck out of you that would be extortion. hes just giving you a way out of something your ALREADY in thought probably not the most enjoyable way out for you i imaginel

i think wht he tries to say is he was extorted BEFORE the warring actually started... that WOULD be extortion.. however he need to post a screenshot of the message asking for payments otherwise he will be massed, otherwise it cant be proved and he'll just have to continue warring

i can give that message of declared war but i deleted other befoer sorry i didnt think of posting about it till after some said it was a good idea!

I spoke to agrup, he clearly told me there's an easy way out of this for you that didn't involve resources. PM him in game

he has told me this way but i will not lie and say that he didnt try and extort me and have my name screwed because he was extorting me!
