Again, not 100% proof they're not multis but if that's true then it weakens your accusation further. If not, it might work to strengthen it

2)Attack eachother (clearly again, to prevent training)

was pretty sure that if you tried to attack someone from one account then another on the same IP it would say something along the lines of not being able to attack thats person for a set period of time.

Tried it with my multi, definitely doesn't work
nah j/k had a friend log in to his account just now at work and give it a shot. Something about same location etc short story, didn't work
