I'm not talking about levels of relevance, I'm saying if it is or not. Sempers post shows direct problems with Jack, how he is acting and behaving which helps the Ombudsman in his investigation. It shows him some examples of Jacks handy work and some facts also. Your post is just your opinion, if your allowed to do it, can 100 other forum users do it to? and to quote you Deni,"If it is needed or not is not for you to decide." Its for the Ombudsman. Thats working off your logic, so it must be right, yeah? So if 100 people now all post here saying what they think, or if i do it to EVERY Ombudsman thread here, its not for you to delete or anything... I mean, I'm working off your logic here... Tbh, when i posted this i KNEW it would be spammed. I was hoping for a mod or two to keep an eye on it. However, spammed by a green title... i'll be honest. Didn't see it coming.

Well, it is something you have to deal with as I will post my opinion on the matter no matter if you like it or not. Just as everyone, be it 100 or 1000 people, are free to do so.

Thats not what i said... Infact its clearly not what i said. If someone has information that can HELP the Ombudsman, then please post it up. Weather it is pro-GunZ or anti-GunZ on this matter. However, if you don't have anything which will directly help, don't say anything!

I think everyone has posted enough circles now. Lets wait til the Ombudsman posts...

Gunz and JT banned for that is totally out of order, and I believe abuse of admin powers.

This seems like a lot of hate. Both Jack and Gunz are at fault I believe. Others have posted about hate groups before, yet somehow homophobia is accepted here? I would not going into a thread about oranges and express my hate for them and how much I love apples.

Who cares if you have a kid? People should be free to come to their own conclusions in life. If you have such strong opinions against "lesbians" then they should know by now to avoid any mention of the subject and shouldn't be in a section you deem inappropriate. It was titled quite honestly. If you want them sheltered that much, then you are making a bad decision by allowing them access to the internet period. I've seen the internet and it makes this forum eden in comparison.

The images in question were mild by any standards on this forum, it is the content which causes so many to be distraught.

I was in the convo with Jack when Gunz was brought it. It was basically little boys on a power struggle. Jack made a comment about Gunz's kids, a comment that I believe Jack meant as a joke, however most parent would take quite seriously. Gunz left, Jack brought him back in and said fine, I'll leave out the children to which I believe Gunz said he would remove him from being a mod. Gunz also asked for Jack's id, implying that those who do not get their way should solve said problems with violence, a good impression for any child. Although those who confuse games with reality is a different matter entirely.

So trying to get the thread closed when it has broken no rules, except the ones by certain parts of society, which by definition are forms of hate, against forum rules, you confuse me. Just because you don't agree with a topic doesn't mean you deserve the right to go into the topic and tell everyone so.

With all that in mind, I don't think Gunz should be banned due to a power struggle between little boys. Jack should not have banned Gunz, however I believe a warning was deserved as Gunz is far from innocent in this.

Listen Semper, I have been thinking straight, for a long time. But there's one problem..... i'm just 1 out of 4 admins. That means what i think means crap unless I have support of at least 1 other admin. No the spam temple is NOT Jack's forum. The Forum is no-one's forum besides Jasons.

By the way, you may not have noticed this, but I in fact quit the game and forums on the 22nd Oct, 1 month ago today. Various reasons why, some have to do with this place o' crap and some has to do with RL.

This forum sadly is no longer about the game, it's full of too many idiots.

Jedi~Tank and Gunz do NOT deserve to be banned.

Is it any wonder this forum is a horrible place to be anymore. Is it any wonder so many people have left this place.

I came back to have a quick look at the forums today after not visiting for a month just to see if I was still an Admin, then I saw this in the Oms section so I gave it a read. Then I realised that nothing has changed, and it never will change.

A lot of people get the Mod team wrong, they think they're bad apples, but they're wrong. There are good mods, people like Deni, do a fantastic job, and that's why you hardly see complaints about them in the Oms section. There are only a very small number of bad apples, maybe even just one.

I wasn't actually going to return to the forums again since the 22nd Oct, not to post even, but I decided i'd login today and post this and to do one final action as an Admin, something I should have done a long time ago, and actually it was done by someone a while ago, so I guess i'd be the second person to do it.


I have just deleted Jack's ass (and his syco multi) and his precious Spam Temple.

Oh and I deleted another loser as well, but i won't say who, i'm sure he'll come crying about it soon enough.

Whoops i crashed the forums twice!

After this I will then send an email to Jason (or maybe a text) and explain to him what I have done, I'll apologise for causing him grief, but will also encourage him to see fully why I did it, and the fact that as Jack has been deleted twice now that maybe, just maybe, there is a good reason for that. And maybe he will see sense finally. But who knows, I don't really care anymore. But if it's the last thing I do on these forums then i'll be happy because as Jack always says he's not scared to stand up to anyone, well i'm not scared to delete him and his crappy temple.


Goodbye all, and enjoy the forums without Jack, while it lasts.

Oh I know... I always know.. more than most people think..though it is not for me to comment on that issue of it beyond what I have already said... so I wont.

The forums have changed.. as everything does.. but don't blame the users.. they've always been idiots... now they don't have the game to disguise it though... we all know the game is broke..but Jason's too scared to change it because of exactly the same reason you wont get rid of jack...

JT got 3 legit warnings... however.. I agree with you about Gunz.. probably the first time you and I have seen eye to eye in a long time.

Actually if I can I generally defend the mod team and admins.. it takes a fair bit for me to publically turn on the forum team.

bravo Clarkster... you've re-gained a lot of the respect you lost with me.

i disagree that JT needed to be banned, he intentionally violated forum rules by masking, and intentionally bypassed the filter(i saw him go back and edit to bypass the *Filtered* portion of his post.

now, GunZ should have taken it outside the thread, he was Trolling, which is technically a form of spamming. he was directed to the right location, and he refused to do so, however, i do not think a full 3 warnings would be earned from that position.

that said, Clarkey, the Temple is MY legacy, not Jacks.

the Original temple was Dedicated to Buck, but this is a new temple. this temple appealed to the masses, or at least, tried to. unfortunately, you've now just ruined what i considered to be the best part of the forum remaining.

there was alot of precedent for the images in the thread to be "allowed" and while looking back on it, i realize it was corrupted from it's original purpose, and if it still existed, i would probably go through and filter it more.

would also like to note: the thread in question had a Disclaimer in the opening post.

i think it may be for the best that jack stays as a normal user, from the response in this topic its clear to see that something is wrong with your modding. I know it all happens when clarkey stands up and we may all just be feeling the vibe but in my opinion jack, you've made a few bad mistakes lately, you think irrationally, you let your ego get in the way of your modding and you choose your friends over being a fair mod.

and what tetris said is very true, its the admins that decide on who becomes a mod and who do you think the admin looks to when he decide's? the users opinion because when it all comes down to it the admins and mods(most of them) are all just trying to help, regulate the forums so that its a nice place to converse among sgw users.

Clarkey has just sparked what people here really think about the situation and im glad its all come to the light.

fact of the matter is.. if you were truly in charge of the spam temple Charles.. you did a bad job and let a lot of bad stuff go down in there...so complaining now has past it's mark.. you could have stopped this nonsense before it happened if you disagreed with any of it...your failure to act is the only answer you should get to your post's at current.

I like the hiding behind the spammers getting hurt thing... if anyone's fooled by it and not seeing your annoyance at losing your power base then they need a sharp swipe across the face. You can claim not to have been posting much in the spam section.. but you had a presence there...and the absence coincides nicely with the arrival of COD6. XD

My attitude? Oh yeah, you mean the fact I wasn't affraid to stand up to people? Kinda like what has been mentioned a hundred thousand times here.

I was the thorn in the side, as mentioned by Clarkey, I was one of the only ones really willing to stand up for the people, both mods and users. But hey, let's only focus on what you want to twist into something bad.
