:-k Uh-oh. It's a walking-talking-living-breathing-posting Clarkey clone.

More like Mario to Clarkey's Wario. Note the lack of insults and rage, entirely unClarkey like. :-D

The main reason i see for the gc is to brag , show off or wind up the enemy. The server war thread is used to flame, insult, accuse , demoralize and blame the other side. And as i have seen we have parties from both sides saying it should go...

I dont bother reading it, but it needs to be there to keep everyone informed of developments.. otherwise you will get hundred of ppl outside of the war creating threads wanting to know what's going on.

Flaming is good.. I don't know where everyone got this stupidly romantic idea that everyone should be best buddies.. because it just aint true..time to grow up children... flaming and arguing are as much a part of humanity as reproducing, breathing, thinking and the rest of them are.

PimpingD you are contradicting yourself you know.

First you say that the GC is there "to brag , show off or wind up the enemy".

Then you say that the server war thread is used "to flame, insult, accuse , demoralize and blame the other side. "

What exactly do you think bragging, showing off and winding up the enemy is?

1. Bragging, showing off and winding up the enemy is accusative, because in the very act of posting, you are usually making the (sometimes unspoken) accusation that the enemy is slack if they for example missed a PPT ending.
2. Bragging, showing off and winding up the enemy is demoralising because you are going there to show them how much better you are, and if they read it they will see that you are having more fun, profiting more, have had less destroyed etc etc etc.
3. Bragging, showing off and winding up the enemy is blaming the other side. After all if they didn't exist, then why would you brag, show off or wind up the enemy?

So please make sense.

I don't read the thread unless:

1. There is a posted report
2. Someone points out something funny
3. I have something to say

BUT I feel that it does need to remain because if it's not there you are going to have it spread out into a myriad of other threads. At least with it here you can remove said comments from the other threads and direct people to the right thread.

I think most people by now know the thread is full of evil and flaming, you don't want to read the flaming don't read the thread it's simple, I have no interest in Chaos (For example) I don't go reading the chaos section of the forum ;)
