hmm let see;
I drink by faaaaaaarrr too much
I smoke cigars (cubans of course)
I take by far too many drugs (legal painkillers only, as nyone familiar with my story will know)
I do lil to no exercise
I eat really badly (i'm doing the diet where if you see nice tasty food & you want it, then you eat it
)
so yeah i'm probably one of the worse cases of excess
