I have no idea what Morfane's CER is but, I have 888 charisma and 900k fleets, giving me a total CER before plague at:

Cosmic Expansion Rate 867,987,245 planet / day

You are currently growing at 4.67 percent of full capacity...This affects just new planet finds, not current planets.


So after plague:

Cosmic Expansion Rate 40,544,832 planet / day

Just found a player with 1.555 mil fleets and 1067 charisma.

Raw CER is 2.469 bil.


He's put about 4 quintillion dmu into his CER alone
