Either way, thos whom spend money will have an advantage. That shouldn't stop suggestions like this being developed. The flip side is, sure, they'll have a bigger MS as normal, but if they distribute evenly, then they can be at a disadvantage to a MS disigned say specifically for taking down shields. They would either have to spend like 4x what they do now, to still be the same level above everyone else. Or have to specialise in an area, to be super-dominant over some, but not necessarly all.

What's the point? Are you just after cheeper slots on new MS? Cause if the idea was brought in, chances are, it would be worked out over ALL MS, not just case by case basis
