May i ask who and when did issued a verbal warning for those two things?
And as explained above, i didn't break any of those above.

Are there contradictions, between what he may be selling, buying & saying? Perhaps, but it's hardly the job of a moderator, to police what he wishes to sell or buy. Passing any kind of restriction on the accounts a member may buy or sell, or the resources they can by, judging on a single discussion post elsewhere. .would cause an uproar, and rightly so.

The defintion of a verbal warning, is one you have recieved by pm or close post in the topic you posted. It's very idea is to let you know you're doing something wrong, so you don't do it again and recieve a full warning. While it's not compulsory to issue a verbal warning on every minor offense ( notice the absence of such in rules.. i.e. ' the verbal warning wasn't correct so i can't be warned ' is invalid. ) ; .. if verbal warnings have been issued and noted, there is reason to believe the polite correction was ignored.. no excuse for not knowing you were stepping over the line.

In regards to the warning itself.

Posting a link to these other threads would have been alright ( similar to the allowable single mentions of possible scammers, or people in wars )

I would have likely moved the "i'm in debt" thread to market discussion, because it is more about discussion on what to sell, than the actual selling of it. The account sale thread, in which you recieved the warning in, continues no reference to jmx bringing up his personal life, and other than a link to the other thread, i would not expect, or tolerate it being discussed there.

Note the clear difference between 'discussion' : viewtopic.php?f=130&t=160197

& account sale : viewtopic.php?f=73&t=159988

If you had posted a reply to jmx's post about his personal life, in the thread containing that argument, i could see your point about it being a direct reply to something the author brought up. But you didn't.. so I do support this warning, seeing as you have had adqueate verbal warnings under your belt also.

For the 'bumping' question.

There is no unspoken policy in which saying 'bump' automatically makes your post on topic & not spam.

Is friendly questions & light hearted banter in moderation, let go? Sure, this is not an ironclad prison, things would be quite boring if we clamped down to mere numbers and bids in topics. Generally, it's when it derails the entire topic, is done constantly or leaves the light hearted nature that it is cracked down on.

(for market at least)

Everything is based on a GM that i am in conflict due to certain things, on which i am waiting Zeek on to have more time to take a look into that matter. Then it figures then how i got this 'verbal warnings'.

Just post followed posts, thank you.

J-ronimo wrote:Interesting to see you having RL issues as stated in other topics and then switching to new acc. for not ingame resources, and now selling your previous to probably make some boost on new one.

Seems like far from RL issues you have stated...

Bump

I dont see how that is of any business of yours.

posts you were warned verbally for are not listed...

you may ask who warned you verbally, but you should be able to scrounge up that on your own, since notices are given for all warning types...

if the mod(s) who issued verbal warning(s) wish to say they did it, they may, but we will not say whom now...

Meh it doesn't matter, this is one of the things i have listed why this game is dying and everything around it.
If i have to make clear evidence like on court to show my intentions and watch my back on every step, to prove what is said...just not worth it.

Thank you for contributing towards my decisions in future.

Can be closed.

with everything said here and the author requesting for it to be closed i can say that there is enough informartion here to close the topic.

also seen the previous verbal warnings and the explenation of the moderators given i do not see a reason to have the warning overturned by the admin
