So is this in the actual rules or is this your opinion ? i have looked through the rules and cant find a reference to "inciting riots" , IMO it is
your interpretation of the rules that ties "inciting riots" to personal abuse !

i think it's safe to conclude that bebita if you want to bring up clarkeys past that you make a topic about it. apart from that you can post in vendetta threads aslong as you don't bring them off topic
