I think I like it...it gives those of us who don't use add-ons for near script farming the chance to compete.

Truely, i'm with you completly, Patience is the first thing that i'll loose, and lol, your right, in retrospect this isn't the biggest pain in the arse that we've had to put up with but annoying none the less.

Thade I don't think you need any add-ons in Opera or Firefox for opening more tabs? I certainly know I haven't been required to install any of them each time I installed Opera just to either upgrade it or when I got new comp and now when I switched to win 7. It's just a standard feature in web browser..

and this is the problem.
People don't seem to understand that anyone can tab-farm. Or they cant be bothered to try, because they are happy with what they have. They think people who farm are using scripts to do it.. so they dont even bother trying it for themselves.
Tab farming isn't hard, it doesnt take anything more than a browser and some effort. Once you know how to do it, its a matter of practice to get fast (and a half decent computer to handle the tabs)

Exactly..And even on a slow computer you can do it fairly easy

I'm not talking about tab farming...that's easy and I already do it. I'm talking about the add-on's that repeat what you've done in one tab on all the tabs...so you open 20-30 tabs and hit 11 ATs and hit the enter button...this is then repeated in all the tabs...thus farming all 20-30tabs in 1sec. That's what I'm talking about. You can ask folks in SGAW, Chaos or Main I tab farm plenty and am pretty fast at hitting, repairing and banking within 1-2secs. Even multitab massing is fairly easy. I'm talking about the add-on's that are pretty much scripting. That's why I like the slow down.

slowing it down is fine.... but 12 per minute?.... seeing as we are gonna buy over 250k ATs by the end of the wave.... its a bit extreme.
If you want to force people to use their ATs without limiting farming time, cut it down to about 1200 per day and put a 20k AT limit on accounts so you cant buy anymore once you hit that number.
Less ATs means it doesnt matter how fast someone farms cos they are gonna run out pretty quickly!

I'll agree with that. I've no problem with a reduction in the number of ATs available to be bought. However, with the huge amount available I like the time delay. It's a one or the other kind of thing. Huge ATs need a speed bump...less ATs no need for speed bump.

I hate nothing more than sitting around waiting for turns, as long as there's enough turns that the active ppl won't be sitting around twiddling their thumbs i think a reduction would be ok.
I'd get the **Filtered** pretty quickly if I had nothing to do in what’s meant to be a relatively fast paced server.

This gives everyone a chance at farming.
All you have to do is put effort into it.

sorry to say SS, but this is complete bs lol...
it's more like putting less effort into it cuz you can't be selective with your farms, you basically have to spend 2-3 hours just farming, and you can't even pick the higher farms, you just have to f-f-f-f-farm

Knight everyone already had the chance at farming if they put an effort into it, it was just a lot quicker and easier for all of us. It's the same as..Playing a football match without halftime break - both teams have the same chance of winning with the halftime break and without halftime break and if it went to divide it into quarters - the match with halftime/break at quarters only takes longer to finish than the one without it, but all parties are on equal terms thus have equal chance of winning..

But not everyone is on "equal footing".
I know you may find this hard to believe but not everyone has T1 internet connection.

Some are still on dial-up.

Nah I actually like it because it means you actually have to spend time farming... someone's multi, feeder or someone just bored as hell cant just spend 20 mins and kill every account in the game even if it's not profitable..
Thus farms grow visably everyday instead of staying the same for about a week.
The amount of turns is good cause honestly, who likes waiting around for turns? I've been out for hours and I'm already bored **Filtered** wishing there were more turns on my account.
