You dig into something and expect to always recieve a smile? That doesn't work at Burger King nor Taco bell (does at starbucks though, but the girl behind the counter is cute)

I don't have an issue with people needing to get in touch with Jason, but I do have an issue with people just asking for his number over something that Mark usually covers. If the issue was really, truely serious, then a Forum Admin or even a GM can help you, simple as that.

IMO, i could just give out +1 (604) 734-1310 to make you quit ranting.

there wasn't that simple just saying that Welcome back off that pedestal

the urgent email works.. I see no reason why you can't wait a couple of days.

If you cannot access your account and cannot wait a couple of days.. I suggest you get some form of professional help.

If you need some help with something ingame I feel a brain storm over msn or the forums could likely hold the answer... or just hit ppt until your email is replied too. Use a creative email subject, that'l get his attention.

Those of us with Jason's number have it because we wouldn't give it out here... XD
