There's no chance in hell that a 5k ID is the lowest ID active.
Of course, it was a very quick search of the top couple alliances. The 5k ids have people that started first week, so by that point they're all old fogies anyway
*grin* Fair enough.
An interesting question could be, 'Who is the most active sub10k ID?'

no, i remember all my original details. Original Recruit id, original ID, Ascended ID, and all that jazz.
i also will lose all my relations, alliances, planets, and the like when the change switches over.
