I'm sure if you talk to them in a nice and respectable way and show some manners then they will probably sort things out cause most of them are pretty cool.
Just depends who you talk to..how you talk to them..and what mood their in.

when did you surrender? was it part of server war or something else?

it was actually months ago during the server war, i've laid low pretty much since then due to rl issues, but recently my activity has fully picked back up and still no luck

ahh if you surrendered during part of the war I would say with that war ending, the terms granted to you no longer apply.
ie you were only covered/protected while that war was on.
