It makes sense as what I meant was, now people know what to expect if they were to deal with/recruit/etc... this person.
So people who already faced his rudeness see they aren't alone, and it's also a warning to people who might deal with him in future, to see what to expect...
As many alliances state they want respectful people joining them (ie: people not sending rude & death threats thru pms), it's actually not a bad thing, as now people couldn't say "we didn't know".

So it's likely to be Ishkur.

This dude is hillarious. Seriously a visit to doctor is highly recommended I would say.
