there were far more than three likable races there. hence our votes for more obscure ones...

The Goa'uld because they Rule and are the best serialized version of the "Ancient Astronaut Theory" to ever be produced on TV
The Asgard because they were powerful and had awesome technology and played God themselves sometimes.
The Ori because of how powerful they were and that they draw energy from their worshipers and Adria once Ascended with the entire mantle of the Ori as hers was awesome!
