I'll take a guess in saying that this person has officers.. if not then those planets are literally quite a sight

I'd find it hard to believe that someone hasn't come across them and tried planet stripping

very possible to have those stats 3.5 to 4 tril def would keep them safe for some time to come

then theirs plats and merlins could have been used until planet defs were fit to be left to the open
buy them at 250kand build up

i know who you might be on about now i mean like almost 1.5 to 2 years ago i spied a guy with 10 X 250k UP planets all with 1.8 - 3 tril defs so yes you are talking main Overall

anyway highest raw i have seen was 1.7 mil

if its on main, they must either be selling their UUs, and quite a feww each day
or they would have a massive army size
id look into the market section if i were you

lol why do you all forget officers?

He don't need big planets 100% if he had the max officers 10 and they give some to his UP and he has some planets then it could be possible.

I mean a 500k officer gives: 75k * 10 = 750k there alone.

But yes it seems unlikely but you never know if you mix the planets and officers with his 1mill RAW then yes it could be done.
