all rules stand
2 weeks of 500 bil defs after that 1Trill until either one of us surrenders
if you can't accept the persons rules don't be calling them out
Rule for today: Enusure you have the capital to do what must be done

hmmm, as i see it i said terms are just it would last untill you surrender. I have promised to build something, but dont expect an 80mil army to build 1tril defence daily, especially when he has more things in his life than a game.
I called you out to repay the damage that was done to me, and you accepted, we now war like adults, I will play respectfully and build what and when I can. I won't ecpect you to build such defences either,. only what you feel suitable.

hmmmmm...
well i did accept on the conditions of the above
and well i don't like non winnable wars so how about what ever def you mass you build in def and add 100 - 200 bil to it cummulative IE if you mass say a 500 bil but already have a 600 bil you must add 500 bil to that brinig it upto 1.1 tril

When not ppt i usually have 3bil income, 100bil+defence.
so if i dont logon for a day. Yes, some people do that occasionally
i would give off 144bil naq. so yeah, i tend to get hit 3/4 times a day. il live with it.

No NOX
No sending MS out
No ascended
No ppt for the 2 week period
planets are involved
no flaming of eachother, got nothing good to say don't say it XD
sabbing and Acing is involved
