They were group #2 but I made the person delete the ok account.

Oh well hey, yeah, thats totally conclusive that Wingz is multi-ing, seeing as how his name shows up with the same IP all 3 times...
So you can't ruin his game with empty threats from your enormous mouth, so you try this instead, you really are a tool envy...

Rules
1) Only one account per person, per game server.
maybe people are being fed. its hard to stop i know but when your officer using multiple multy's with same IP to gain advantage then his account is a multy. when your officer gains his UP and stats from being fed with multy's and you continue to carry him as officer then that actually is a finger point at you and i hope admin takes some from you as well.

when people were multy's in past and players like kikaz and HE would notice they would kick out alliance and drop as officer and such. but not u

and you can defend him if you want but everyone knows that if you are being fed ... then you know where the naq is coming from. so he is at fault. and for gaining advantage you are in my mind but that will be for admin to decide.

About my own case:
IPs r now fixed, told him to play on saterday n both hes atk n def IPs r thesame THUS different then mine.
Kinda obvious really, he logged from my place once(well not the first time rlly but: ) without attacking anyone therefore def ip was my ip, since he didnt log from hes own home for like 3-4 day the def ip was thesame as my ip for that time.

N with that bombshell I close my case.

If you read this topic my original report about bucket and ok did not involve wingz at all. I assure you 100% that no multi'ing is going on with that case. So please no more talk about those accounts unless new accounts are made.

I would have thought that if there were an active admin around, that he should be IP banning multi-feeder accounts and DELETING 2x the naq given to fed accounts (from the fed), so they might eventually learn...

For this particular era, perhaps remove all naq gained from feed, then also remove AT's to the value of the naq fed at current market rates..
That should teach them
(Let them go into -ve AT's and wait their way out)
