Sorry if i'm speaking out of line, but from what's been said it sounds like Odji's warning is based on being abusive and his abusive history in his logs. The verbal warning that Earendil posted covered spam and insults. Odji wasn't warned for spam (therefore the verbal that came after has no relation) and he was not warned really for insults as it was more abusive than insult. Therefore the verbal that came after Odji's warning isn't really related to it. it was a verbal warning to all about spam and insults.... which is a given in any thread anyway.

That's the key question here.

Odji's past record, however colorful, is of little consequence to me. We shouldn't be looking for small reasons to ban repeat offenders, or cracking down on certain users harder than others. In for a penny, in for a pound.

I disagree. Constant, repeat offenders should be treated far more harshly than a "good" user. To clarify, I don't mean people on their second or even third necessarily, I mean the people that just can't stay out of trouble.

Anyway, I don't think Odji should have been warned.

Im actually happy my husband is not able to post right now. cause personal i hope he never comes to this forum again! It is the most bias forum ive ever been to. Wakko because of your favoritism you should be removed as a mod and one day you will get what you deserve.
Now in my husbands defense what kind of abusive attitude would any of you have towards someone who posted that kind of disrespectful message when someone was trying to share his wonderful news with his friends. And I have seen way worst abusive post from others.

its favoritism cause everyone should be treated fairly and not jst bc they have a few warnings warn them again this has nothing to do with allainces

Earendil warned odji bc he has 3 past warnings for the same thing showinf favortism to the one who did post thing but didnt have any warnings

I never said due to alliance's. I/m very sure your favoritism is not by what alliance there in. And i seem to remember you having issues with my husband over his insults to Juliette, sorry i can/t remember what her original name was, but it was to do with faking a coma or something of the sort. It was then that you decided not to like my husband.
Oh why is it wakko you told others in private pm's they need to change there post before they they get warned, is that not favoritism then I/m blind
