I love this poll. I'm quite interested in the results.

The Moderators are here to make the forum a better place and we do so out our own free time and for nothing in return, ohhhhh all the thankless good deeds all we get in return is accusations of corruption and idiocy when a little tiny mistake is made and most likely quickly rectified or even when none is made.

We are not here to cater to your whims and agree with you and do what you think is best, so if we don't warn and ban your enemies for them not agreeing or bowing down to you in your war thread don't become upset.

If it was corrupt, your post would not exist

We could be unbiased and mod nothing? That way, everyone is treated fairly. And all those wonderful topics that everyone knows need to be locked and sent away, can still be floating around the place, stinking it up.

im not saying dont do your job im just saying do it right

no, all the mods experience i have had is nothing but them doing their job and doing it well

Perhaps guide oh wise one as to better improve ourselves to your standard. Rather then using global statements like "The Mods" which would include all of us

hmm, i suppose mods are bias against people who breaks the rules...

but thats the point isnt it, the mods arnt bias against the "good" people in their "moderator powers" they may be bias as a individual, but i dont think that has any relevance , because everyone is bias at one stage. and not every one has to like every other forum user

People seem to have the ability to see bias where it isn't.
Even I wasn't bias with my actual "modding". << note i referred to my modding!

I almost lol'd when you thought JT would be on your side when you brought up his ban the other day, it's a shame others can't accept that some things are a "mistake" like JT did with his banning. The Mods are human (except for SS) and are as prone to mistakes as anyone else, does that make them bias no?

Why is it always the non-Mods that claim bias? Is it because they're bias towards the Mods? << see how easy that was.

Do it right? You mean do it to your definition of right?

if it such an 'idiot" thread then why does most of the people voting agree with me? we must all be idiots then you all sit here and stand up for the system and the mods yet the votes coming in show that im right what your argument for that

Thanks for reminding me I have to give my vote in this poll lol.

Maybe the reason the "bias" option is higher is because this is a silly poll that anyone "as long as they are registered on the forum" can vote in and chose whatever they want. Even if they don't care they can still vote for a laugh, and what would be more of a laugh, voting yes or no? << i think we all know the answer to that.

Please give your definition of doing a Mod job right considering all your experience and that.

Please go through the steps of what a mod should do. If you lay it out clearly then the team can read it and take it in to consideration and compare it to what they do. Until then it's an idiot thread that has a poll that anyone can put what they chose for a laugh........ yes for a laugh.

Also get this one..... let's say there's some users out there that dislike or even hate some of the mods..... they could chose "yes" on this poll for that sole reason. The reason they dislike or hate them may not have anything to do with them believing they are bias, but they chose "yes" because of their dislike. That would then make the poll "bias".

See why this "poll" is not idiot proof?

we have a suggestion for you... ask jack/mordack exactly how many threads with grave complaints against the mod team they received during may month...

Mods are people, not machines. Of course they're bias, but what makes the difference is the fact that they don't apply said feelings into they modding.I can like or dislike a person and tell it to him verbally but i won't use my mod powers to make his life hell - this would apply to 99% of the mods I have met on these forums.
