AoV is an Old School member who took a sabbatical when he became busy in RL.
We sent an invite to rejoin weeks ago...

The timing of his acceptance has nothing to do Nemesis drawing first blood today.

AoV is a seasoned player who prefers actions to words and doesnt visit forum very often. However, I am sure you have earnt a special place in his heart and will see him in your logs sometime in the future ...

Ashu there is not real Ashu , it is me who bought his acc. And at the time we took the planets as I recall he was not in Legion btw.

Ok well,

I am glad an old player comes back, but he should have defended his planets a bit more. I am quite a reasonable player. R8 knows it. Anyway, he threatened with "lifering high-ranked players" well those in nem are my friends. And I stood up for them by offering a 1 vs 1.

Anyway, he was a farm, and as he had no def. I thought lets have a look at his planets he looks inactive. So its my fault. I told shizzzo (Ashu) to take that planet.

A reasonable risk assessment by both parties

Not sure anyone is saying he was....if a member joins you, it automatically adds recent attacks on them to your alliance logs. Robe merely posted logs for timings of events

calibretto you know why i like you and you guys can have your 1 v 1 until you have resolved your issues. i havent spoken to him about the lifering thing. will do when i catch him

the planet stealing thing if it gets out of hand and more of nemisis nick planets from AoV then it will get messy

The invite may have been sent, but it was not accepted by him at the moment I took it..we took those.
