From what I can see in this thread he said.....
"I agree to to just leave this to the Admins to decide."That clearly says that it should be the admins to decide as it's an issue for the admins to look into as possible misconduct by their staff...... hence not a suggest really is it?
That is, to decide whether a Mod can lift the rule of only posting in English at their whim.That is clearly defining what Empy meant by "decide", i.e. decide whether Mods should be allowed to do what has happened.... again not really a suggestion is it.
So what was the suggestion? Did I miss something?

More bull, from the admins and the mods, were you asked to move it by the ombudsman I thought you couldn't touch it if it was in the ombudsman,

why the hell was I given a verbal warning, if she did the same thing?
so can I post other langauge posts in the spam section if so fine, if not nore can she don't ignore my question please

that was a quote from her, so i'd say that was a mod abusing her power, it's funny how she is the only one ever questioned to do it... truthfully I love Uni but I think she is abusing her powers and something should be done...

I just don't think it's fair she can and we can't... that is all, and when I did I was verbally warned saying i'd get a warning well pretty much considering she said one more warning gave me a ban which is wrng might I add because I just got banned and only had one since

This has nothing to do with the Oms, at all. And considering it was in the Temple and no warnings were handed out except for one which broke the forum rules quite clearly, and yes i did look into it. There has been many posts in the Temple in the past that were not in english or along the lines of the thread that you posted something that was ...rather crude.
oh, and Moved.
Yes it does have to do with the Ombudsman. The user has an issue with the mod and has rightly brought it before the Oms.

okay so that wat do you think mr Admin, considering i've had a few mods, and users think Joe is going to far, that she is abusing her powers and that she is starting to treat users like scumb... I love Uni I really do I htink she is a sweetheart IN PM'S not on forums, when she is in public eye it's like she enjoys making users look bad, like she has to flaunt her mod hood... so wat do you think I should do... honestly... I have spoken with Uni through PM's many times, I have written it here and no one talked Uni looked at it and said nothing... so I went where I knew she would respond... wat woudl you do Ear if every time you said anything the only time it gets done is when Ombudsman takes it...

while we do not know the reasons behind the thread, nor its contents (dont know Afrikaans, not looked at thread), we believe, as long as is strictly monitored by mods that do know it, and if someone should ask, translation given, then it is mostly harmless (like humanity)...
and earendil is correct... its not about a warning, so its not really an oms issue...
as some have mentioned also, the temple rules are a bit less strict... so things that would not usually be allowed elsewhere may (mind the may) be allowed there... but not all things... far from all things...

This is right because if the verbal warning was handled the way it should be handled then a written note will have been put in RoKeT's usernotes, (it may not have in this case i don't know).
Verbal warnings noted in the usernotes are used to issue warnings on next offence, so if the verbal warning was not warranted then it should be dealt with, and if it needs a 3rd party such as Oms to look at it then so be it.
