LOL!
"out of control"?
who said the derivative market got out of control? Goldman Sachs knew EXACTLY what would happen as was outlined in Mclatchy news 5 part special which showed GS engineered the whole damn thing. that shows control, not a lack of.
Depends who's control you are talking about, out of the Governments control YES, out of the publics control YES.
Controlled and used by big banks to make a lot of quick bucks at everyone else's expense even when it means destabliseing who economies YES

That question was directed a someone who actually works in property financing.
I appreciate your input but what would goldman gain from making itself bankrupt?
Anyway... Maybe mezz is in on the hole thing avenger? He does make money from playing the fractional market. Maybe he is an NWO spy?
Let's see what he has to say.
I dont make money out of it, the Housing Assoc I work for is also a registered charity hence why we get such favourable mortgage rates, the investments I place and interest they generate are used to offset the cost of mortgages used to building social housing for the poorest in society, hell Im a modern day Robin Hood

You want to elaborate on the point you made where you said;
playing this game removes money from real tangible production
WHile they leverage thses loans, the extra capital generate is being reinvested into companies, and commodities in the exchange right?
How are they taking more than giving back?

WTH and LMAO!
i've just heard an interview by Max Kaiser (look him up if you dont know who he is) and what he said was that the French (as well as the Greek and Icelandic) courts are going after Goldman Sachs with obscenity laws because they are so sick of what GS has done.
when Max was asked why Obscenity Laws his reply is because what they have done is so obscene and because those laws are far more powerful than any other law they could go after them with....
GO GET EM FROGGIES!

A lot is reinvested, but a lot also just goes round and round like a snowball effect gathering more money into one place, the hands of those perpetuating the system.
As for what is reinvested, look closer at where it is reinvested, the older 'developed nations' and economies rely more and more on banking while draining money from and watching on as their own real economic bases, the production and supply of services deteriorate. These product and services gaps are filled my the newer developing nations where labour costs are cheap, lesser regulations on pollution, health & Safety and provision for the future make for bigger profits. These newer developing nations are where the money is reinvested for more quick profits, places like Brazil who think they are doing well now but as they they develop they will also be abandoned in favour or lesser nations.
I could rant on all night and write a 1000 pages going into proper detail but whats the point ? Bottom line is the system stinks, it's short sighted and will ruin us all. Like I said many times, live for today, because tomorrow is fracked
