This kind of server war will be never declared officialy like we remember from history. Many partial and local wars will own the battlefield. Its very simmilar to human history. Open fights and wars are forgotten, war of nations and miilions of dead soldiers. In 20th century, after WW2 there was a cold war which quit around 1980 - 1995. It was replaced in 21st century and now we can see war of nationalities, races and coultures, religions included. WW3 wont happen. But it already started... in local wars and conflicts. The same is in GW. Brain wont alowe the official Server War 3.

Your asking here like you were taking with mage or God. Who knows how it will look like. Lets see. Sooner or later, all defences will be massed, sooner or later those will be rebuild. Whn, how, why? Who the hell should know.

Lets be fair, C2 not all deffenses are rebuilt, lets be honest.... I'm not saying which side but I was in SW2 for a long time... and saw many people not have deffenses although i'll beit... my deffense was never over 200bill XD it was always there...
