relax...watch the sunrise, try to forget your problems, act natural as u can, don`t bother controlling everything...its ex ousting your soul
its not about your gf...its about your complexes....
the only thing you have to control is your adrenalin, don`t make extrem things..decisions, reactions, time will fix all
btw...there is a RL outside your room, get in to it...
friends can help much also...but only if you stop manipulate them
