Kingdom of Heaven definitely, though it is best seen in the Director's Cut, which needs to be shown more. Makes the film far more epic.

I believe a few extra scenes of dialogue, if I remember correctly.

Although, the first time I saw it was not directors cut, and the one I currently have on my computer is. I cannot remember entirely.

It is much better though, and I think quiet a bit longer?

Last Samurai on at 9pm tonight on ITV2 english time.

Pick one or two :smt047

and enjoy the night. :D

Been a while since I seen either, but as recall Kingdom of Heaven had some great battle and fight scenes, Last Samurai is another cheesy American tale where a drunk yanky becomes a great Samurai, mastering what normal Samurai take a lifetime to do in a few months, absolute crap.

What Kingdon of Heaven :D

The director's cut is about an hour longer than the original release and was the actual film that Ridley Scott wanted to show, but was pressured to cut apart. Many believe that the director's cut was one of his best films and most certainly a huge improvement on the original, which I still enjoyed. Warning though, it is over three hours long, but it is well worth it. They add in so much extra back story and actually make certain actions have far more power behind them.

There are still a few things that bug me about the movie, but all in all, I'd pay to see it just for the scene of the King and Balian playing chess:

This is still one of my favorite pieces of dialogue in modern cinema.
