massing armed units takes a lil bit more effort than poorly armed agents, don`t you think???

78 mill agents
28 mill def units

that brings us to a total of 106 mill in massables, I don`t think they guy would have much left

If people with these big percentage of spies like 80%+ etc are going to be massed then they are going to be massed when someone that wants to mass them finds them. Not when someone that doesn't want to mass them hands the ID on a plate to others that can't be arsed to find them themselves.
