I think you're right about autobanking.
When it comes to the weird amount of naq, I *think* that the program is written that way to have an varying amount of naq left, as to not draw too much direct suspicion - since the past autobankers all got caught by having 0 naq out constantly, 24h/day. Also consider the fact that the UU is pertinently 0 - which is very strange and suspicious.
Either feeder or something else we're not aware of yet.

Of course, there could be a perfectly innocent reason - he could just be a nooblet who doesn't realise you can hit 999999999999999 and bank all so has a set number he copies and pastes in, and trains up his uu every turn - he would be quite a nooblet to do that every turn, but its not beyond the realms of possibility......

Making a script to auto bank random amounts is so easy its not funny. I could teach anyone to do it. Proving that someone is, is almost hard unless your the admin, just need to change a few things and catch them out xD. Like RepliMagni said it could just be a noob quickly putting in varying amounts. I guess you could try and pin point times tho.

I messaged him half an hour ago saying I need to speak to him as soon as he's next online.....
After turn change, naq back down, 0 uu out, and no reply. Could be a rude noob entering random amounts, but I'm thinking auto-bank. I sent him another message saying I urgently need to talk to him....we'll see if he replies....[an hour after the first message, 3 turn changes later all with naq going down, 0 uu out, and no wep damage, and he still hasn't replied]
Now the real question is: why would some guy with a small income/up do this? Unless he is one of many accounts auto-training/auto-banking, which are feeding a much larger account?
Can someone bring this up at the next admin meet please?

so? You can create an app to turn on and off your computer, do you think logging in and logging out of your account will make a difference?

Well......still received no reply. So either the guy is plain rude or is autobanking.....
And as per usual small amount of naq out, 0 uu out....
Someone definitely needs to mention this at an admin meet - I won't make one for a fortnight at least.....

How do you program the app to read the entry code?
It's a random number... I thought that was the very reason it was in place.

You could program something that can read the different codes...Spam bots do it all the time and thats why the forum has to keep improving its security.

i dont imagine it would be hard to get something to read each number of the code on this game. there is only 3(i think) different entries for each number 0-9

So thats 27 possibilities to save into its memory...

That's 999 different possiblities.. I suppose a script could run through them all..
Though you'd think the game could install a script to block out players after x failed log in attempts.. if it is not already in place.. As far as I know, image recognition is not possible for programs.. :S Hence why the log in code is an image, not just a variable number.

Rather than take it as 999 diff possibilities , it only needs to learn 30 options and apply it three seperate times...
