The amount of players that have just disappeared over time without word or goodbyes.....one wonders how many simply quit, and how often a much more tragic reason lies behind their silence.....

Considering she left a month and half ago..I was told too before she left. Otherwise I would have made this thread much sooner..

There's indeed many people who disappeared/left without infos, it's always good when we manage to get infos about what's going on.

She may have told some people why she left, but she also told some people when she expected to be back. She was not back when she expected to be back. Hence Jim making this thread.

If some people like you knight think it's ridiculous making a thread about this (hence your rolling eyes) then no-one on this forum should bother caring about anyone. I'm sure Jo will appreciate the concern and won't roll her eyes up at those asking of her welfare.

Two monthes later, I'm wondering when she will be back..

I hate to say this Jim but we've run away to Acapulco. We're going to move onto Aussie soon but I think it's about time you knew. That's why she vanished not long after the Dark Lord (me) was vanquished (sold his account and retired to pastures new but still pops in from time to time).

We'll send you a postcard.

I'm worried, because it's been a while (three monthes) since I didn't hear from her, does anyone have had more recent news from her than mid-september that I got?
(I know by fact that sometimes mails don't reach the target, so this might have been the case for me, thus I ask this, some might be luckier with mails receiving than me.)

Well I sorta agree with you on this place being a "drug", but I do think some people who left this game still kept contact with the ones they had more than just game talks with. I don't think this is something as simple as that.

This place is a drug for people who do not have anything better to do. Sad, but still true.

I surf this forum a few times a day for posts about Movies, Anime, and random bits of stuff to read (like hearing SGU is canceled after the second season - the mother **Filtered**). Nothing more than that.

Read a book. Watch a movie. Run around the block. Learn to cook. Just do something else. It helps with the addiction of an online forum.
