Did you read the secound link; where you country is mentioned as one the top destinations for sex trafficking.
NO?
Actually you wouldn't find any links Jim concerning pedo Canadian politicians, there hasn't been any kind of scandal like that outside what happned with catholic priests.
But that's not the point.
You frogs aren't a bunch of boy hungry pedophiles just because of few of you engage in the practise. You were generalising to give credibility to your bigoted view of the Afghani people and i called you on it.

Watch the documentary before saying that...
edit: It's spreading from north to south, and even the capital. It might have been small issue, but infront of lack of answer fro authorities, it's spreading;

Your an idiot Jim
The people being imported into your country are comming from
"eastern europe " or the "ex soviet bloc."
Plz stop supporting your troops Jim they don't need your help and they would probably be Ashamed that they had "fans" like you.
People who don't understand anything about the situation and are just nut ridding on the partriot band wagon are not well liked by soldiers.

I'll have some crocodile tears after this.

No I won't.
As for the last part, you know the saying, "cry me a river". You don't even know me and you give a judgement, I thought that belonged to "low beings" like me to do that, not "superior beings" like you.
I'll again have some crocodile tears.

I'm sorry to not think like you do. I forgot that thinking differently than you was synonym to being ignorant.

Stop with those off topic comments/arguments. Oh God...stop self congratulating your own knowledge, that doesn't mean I will admire you or anything.
I didn't do this documentary, it was made by an Afghan journalist, it's a real issue because police officers are also involved and that law isn't followed at all. If at least they were punished...but it's not only one or two influent people, but hundreds, thousands of guys involved. Afghan children tricked into this, families often agreeing as they need money so they give a child out, and all of this happens and very little is done. When someone is arrested for killing one of those children who tried to escape, they are free few monthes later due to corruption. Now I'm really sorry if I'm shocked by this.

I saw it on tv, I'm sure it can be found in youtube, the keyword is "bacha bazi", the word to qualify sexual slavery of children. Journalist name is Najibullah Quraishi. So I guess if you look for "bacha bazi afghanistan (documentary)" you will find a link.

I beleive you brought up this pedophile crap... and didn't tie it in to how how it fits with the "war" very well.
Oh and how many times did you edit that post...?
I know your shocked but being a student of history you must have been exposed to these kinds of things before right? And discussed the reasons for them?

Actually, not really been exposed to such practices often.
Anyway, it wouldn't really excuse that such practices still happen nowadays. By this I mean, every country had some unacceptable traditions (example: brave "heroes" in need to fullfil their "basic needs" by raping women and pillaging villages; to quote
Candid book), but state law eventually overrid them (or should have), at least in some countries.
Just because I've been "exposed" to similar practices which happend several centuries ago, doesn't mean that when I see a similar thing happening nowadays would simply cause a mildly surprised reaction by me.
If I had such a negative view of Afghanistan, I would indeed have been barely shocked, as I would have suspected it to exist at such proportions.
