firstly, it is only masking if its a "bad word". The content in which i used the word "BS" was so that it means "useless, or unimportent". DO you understnad this?

now BS is not a "bad word" therefore its not masking. ALSO the mod did not say he warned me for masking, did he? he warned me for saying a "bad word"

ALSO Read this: the user above me also said BS in that thread.. and he is still not warned and the statement is still there. even after 3 admins have read my msg. Have you guys even read it or just skimming it? read the god dammed original post and make a **Filtered** statement.. IS using "BS" a profanity. IF so, then why does the msg above mine still is untouched in that thread?..

drop this warning and ill leave it be, Or else ill stretch it and theres nothing u can do about it but to watch yourself get insulted.

Not necessarily since she is not the only Admin, but I don't see why she would say it if they don't all agree so I'm sure it will be removed.

oh and please do remember my apology, you **Filtered**.

The warning has been removed.

You will have to wait for Bazsy to remove it from your record as he is the only one that can.

This was answered this morning early in the a.m.

An as far as an apology goes; you may be waiting for a long time on that.

I wholeheartedly do not apologize, and am 100% not sorry. If it makes you feel better I can say I was in error in issuing the warning though?

I do not have the time or the patience or the will to deal with BS. Not only I, the Ombudsman, agreed with you, but an admin as well. That is your clue to STHU and let us do all the arguing. Crap like what you posted makes it difficult for us to help you, it's like you completely ignored our posts.

Now, **Filtered** is a filtered word and one warned for in the case of blatant masking. Acronyms are not warned for. However, by your own goddamn logic, what you did constituted a violation of the rules, and thus you deserve a warning. So be it.

Lock'd till either Mordack or an Admin decides otherwise. Have a nice day.

I've been a little busy over the past few days, but I'm back now. Apologies for the inconvenience, but as flies to wanton boys are we to the gods; they play with us for sport.

I'm reopening this so I can take a look at it. Jack has made a decision, but a second set of eyes can't do any harm. It will also give those involved another chance to air their opinions.

There is no discussion necessary.

Dr. House wrote:The warning is BS. Image

Empy is a Supermod, he can mod wherever he deems fit.
deni wrote:Using abbreviations is not masking nor is it considered against the rules.

Some abbreviations are filtered though and will be replaced by a more "innocent" version.

I believe this holds merit to the discussion as it means theres inconsistency. Simple put, discussing this issue to will help resolve the problem and admitting to it helps the ones at fault learn from there mistakes.
No, it doesn't.

Locking this again.

The warning, as stated by a GM in this thread, has been removed. Knowledge's user notes reflect this, but his warning count doesn't. I've advised him to get in contact with Baszy about that.
