Like others said... your best bet might be to approach certain higher ranking members via PM.. or on the actual alliance forums. I'm not familiar with DDE forums.. but i'm sure they have a public diplomacy section that you can make your request..

sigma allegiance is part of the omegan empire.

the omegan empire and DDE form up the FUALL coalition. so DDE are our allies and we hae been napped with rico's for a very long time so they are our friends aswell.

furthermore, you cannot create a topic like this and demand that everyone stays out of it. unless a mod comes in here and says what the special rules for this topic are normal forum rules aply. and i know cuz i was ombudsman for over a year and handled dozens of forum complaints regarding this
