i can testify to this, ITYP was indeed aware that he was on DDE's bad list since i informed him that this was the reason i stopped recruiting effords towards him. this was said in the course of last week. before he joined rico's

Time to add to get the COMPLETE picture:
Let's not be loose with the truth:
"he knew about it snipes, I had a chat with him the day before and the very day he joined" This sounds pretty damning and it would be if it was true. However, the truth is that the only PMs that occurred between JT & myself were after he attacked, sabotaged and stole my planet. If you like, I could copy your attacks here as well, but I will be respectful to you JT.

But I will copy the only PMs that went between us EVER to make the truth clear.

I have never had a steady run of farming Dark Dominium. When I did make a missed PPT hit, you massed my MS before I was able to go onto PPT. I have farmed DoC and DxM, but I\'ve always come to an understanding with their respective commanders. Just ask Descalah as a reference.

Also, I am in the process of applying to be a member of the Allegiance and yet no one seems to have put out the memo. Don\'t you people talk. I was told there was more organization and discipline.

I may go with my second choice of Rico\'s if this keeps up. Wish they weren\'t in the House of Science, is all.

I am aware of your app in omega and your app for Rico\'s but it does not matter where you go, if you are on my hit list I am going to hit you until MY issues with you are 100% resolved.

Other than your daughter massing me 3 times for no reason what-so-ever, I am not aware that you have any call to be attacking me.

Why you wait all of this time to start really brings up more questions about your motives than about any past actions I might have done. An impartial observer would have to ask if the statute of limitations has expired already on any minor infractions I might have done.

Besides, as a farmer, I am very respectful and efficient. I don\'t mass people to get at naq I have no business attacking. I don\'t hit for tiny amounts just because I am in a rush for naq. I also take into account if people have been massed and are losing a lot of defenders when farmed.

Hell, 75% of my farming list is made up of 0 def players and inactives. I don\'t deserve anyone\'s wrath.

I think anyone who has interacted with either JT or myself will recognize that the above are true and accurate comments.

I don't see any explanation of my offending actions that JT describes and when it was clear that there was no intention of sharing, I let it go at that. I had assumed that the only recent hit I had made was on Alpha (BY MISTAKE) and that this could be the reason, but I thought I had resolved this, or at least tried to as is clear from my messages to zeek & Raz1ng (see below)

By the way, I am embarrassed to say that after doing an ID by ID scan of my 51 pages of attack logs, I did indeed find an attack I made on Alpha. It was actually just one attack pairing on one person who apparently missed their PPT. It was at 1:17AM in the morning for me, so I must have been super tired and not even seen the alliance of the player.

So I do indeed owe Raz1ng an apology, though it still makes the point that a PM would have been a better first move, especially given my very extensive record of not being in Alpha\'s logs.

I will let him know too and we\'ll see what sort of \'man\' he is. Either way, we\'ll have to resolve this somehow.

I owe you an apology. After doing an Alpha ID by ID search of my 55 attack pages, I did indeed find a two attack farming of a missed PPT on DEMI at 1:17 in the morning. I honestly had no idea that he was in Alpha or more accurately, I was likely so tired that I truly did not see the alliance tag as I would have just quickly pressed the fast attack button twice seeing such a large amount of exposed naq, clearly the result of a missed PPT.

My long record of not being in Alpha\'s logs should be incontrovertible proof that I am respectful of Alpha\'s integrity. I deeply apologize and would likely have had a much more productive and smooth interaction if you or someone from Alpha (DEMI would have been ideal) had PMed me to let me know of my transgression.

I hope you can accept my apology and long record, as well as my pre-existing efforts to attach one of two of Alpha\'s allies as proof that no malice was intended.

And as I've stated in my messages, I have contacted descalah about his inactive members whom he's booted for this reason, as well as trying to find out why I might be on OE's &^*% list. I also contacted zeek to try to find out why I might be on OE's list.

Hi again.

Looks like Shogun will lose his defense once and for all in the next couple of days.
Now that I\'m with Rico\'s, I won\'t be collecting any of his naq, but he\'s probably due to be booted soon, I would imagine, unless he\'s got a good reason for being offline for so long. It\'s good, seems like you guys run a fairly tight ship.

Speaking of which, it seems strange that Rico\'s has declared DoC friendly, but this was not reciprocated. Any reason you can think of?

And on a more personal note, I have heard that I am on OE\'s **** list? Can you do me a favor and tell me why and what I did?

You think I could throw 1 or 2 T naq to make this go away?

(I was willing to pay restitution, as I didn't want it to get in the way of my joining an alliance, not trying to hide. His response is below.)

I will conclude that I would not have been a candidate for OE if I was such a big offender. I mean zeek thought JT might have been recruiting me for god's sake!!!

I would also refer to any of the following OE members as character references.
I have always been respectful of DDE/OE and my actions and words are clear proof of this. I will not have my character attacked or slandered as an excuse.

Nice post, everything in regards to mine and your talks is accurate..however the issue goes back a ways. You have been on that list for quite a long time, and there was a large gap between attacks but understand DDE operates on our own time frame for such things and not anyone else's..as for you resolving issues with alliance leaders that wonderful however there is only one DDE leader and the issues with you are DDE not as per sey individual issues.

If I have been on that list for such a long time (and again you don't list any proof of these transgressions) then why have you waited until I was on the 1st page and now a member of Rico's to declare this vendetta?

It's really a pretty sad statement that you would claim this is a vendetta instead of a petty issue. I mean if my actions had been so malicious, one would think that I would have been visited a LONG TIME before by more than just one player. I mean an alliance is more than just one player's whims, yes?

You are respected and feared by many, but I do not respect this made up excuse to attack someone for a fantasy list of transgressions. Yes, you are bigger and have a much more developed account, but that does NOT put you in the right.

I suppose I should feel appreciation at being listed as JT vendetta worthy, but since I haven't done anything worthy (hell Zeek thought you were recruiting me), then I will just be left asking myself if the truth, your own alliance's rules or your word matter to you at all.

You farm DDE at your own risk, you farm Rico's, OE, TL or any other alliance or empire at your own risk these are the unwritten rules we all play by so do not set yourself up as a helpless victim.
